With mud jacking, a slurry of limestone and water will be pressure injected underneath the surface of the concrete, which will raise the sinking spots to the correct level and fill in any voids and air pockets beneath the concrete slab. The recessed area will rise to the correct level as the material fills the voids, and the cracks and separations will come together.
